Universal Signs and Support / March 2004 We are coming out of the hibernation phase of the winter months and moving into Spring. The changing of the seasons is the nexus of changing influences and circumstances in our own lives. We have not quite released all of the old from the winter months and yet we are also not fully embarking on the new growth that Spring heralds. Some of the seeds we are planting now must wait until the circumstances are right for them to germinate and fluorish. Others may be just beginning to break through the ground of our lives, and yet growing in ways that we didn't anticipate or that indicate that where we thought we were headed, might not be quite right for us after all. Often I hear from people this time of year saying that they feel confused as to their life direction. It may be their relationships, careers, homes, even friends and spiritual path, simply are not giving them what they need at this juncture of their lives. Yet moving on from the devil one knows, is not always an easy step to take. I have also been hearing from many people saying that they feel so tired, to the bone weary, feeling that they need to take some action, and yet feeling afraid of what the potential consequences of that action might be or simply not having the energy to do it. Clarity at this time can often be minimal at best. This month is the month of Neptune and Pisces, which cloud our vision so that we must turn inwards and sort through what we are really feeling, thinking and wanting. It often feels that one is in a state of limbo, not really at the "winter" of life and yet not "spring" either. One often feels that one is being pulled back and forth between what has been and what is seeking to come forth as the new. Yet the great opportunity at this time is to turn back to the Universe, asking that it in all it's wisdom and love, sort out for us all that we need to be doing to insure that when the time is right, that which we are seeking to manifest can take firm root and grow. It is a process of saying " I know I want something different, I want to have more joy and positive change in my life. But right now I am not clear on just what that might all entail, I need help in understanding what I need to be reaching for, what I need to be aware of and for you Beloved Universe, to show me how to get there!" Even feeling lethargic and weary has it's purpose, for then we are forced to slow down and really consider what we truly desire to pursue in our lives at this time. We may find that we have started to plant some seeds that are not truly in our best interests. Now we can go ahead and dig them up before they cause problems for us! This time also allows us to take stock of everything in our lives. Often people find that when they begin the process of clearing things that no longer resonate, be it a overflowing desk drawer or situations that are not for their higher good, their energy begins to return on all levels abundantly.To use an example from my own life from a Feng Shui Perspective, I was feeling rather tired and overwhelmed myself one afternoon and plopped down on the sofa just to sit for a moment. I was looking at my Career Gua when it hit me that I found it incredibly boring and reflecting so little of the person I have been growing into! No wonder I have been having trouble trying to expand in new directions when it seemed so right to be doing so and yet nothing was happening! I was still trying to operate through my old mode of being. Time for some big changes! The first step in making any change and preparing for the exuberant growth and unfolding of the garden of our lives is to ask the Universe to step in and support us through the process. If we will allow it, the Universe will immediately begin sending us the signs and messages that will give us the the clarity and the energy to move up to a higher level of being. The Universe will also gladly sort out any of the details, it will insure that we have all the information and guidance we need in order to make decisions that truly reflect who we are at a soul level. We are all going through tremendous changes right now that are reflective of the Higher energies that are spilling onto and through what we call "physical reality". More than ever, we need to turn back to the Universe and ask for it to support us, clear the path for us, and help us to take the steps that are in resonance with our hearts and souls. Take some time to allow the Universe to sort everything out for you. It will if you give it the opening to do so!
