You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, money order in US dollars, or (for established accounts) personal check drawn on a US bank. If you want an invoice emailed to you for review before giving us payment information, please indicate that in the Message section at the checkout screen in the shopping cart. If you want to order using the Shopping Cart but don't want to send your credit card information to us that way, you can select a "send a bill" or "send the total" option and use the Message box during checkout to ask us for an electronic invoice. When we send the electronic invoice, you can set up an account (or not) and choose whether to save your card for future use or have it deleted). Using this electronic invoice shields your card information from us and you process your payment directly with our bank. NOTE: We will
mail your order only after payment is received unless prior arrangements

CLICK HERE FOR TIPS ON NAVIGATING THIS SITE Because we are near the Airport Post Office (which is open evenings year-round), we can mail until 5:30 PM Monday through Sunday, even on some holidays. It is best to speak with a Healing Waters employee if you want Express shipping - cutoff times vary by destination and there may be a $5 handling fee added if this takes us out of our normal postal drop-off routine. For some international shipments, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage surcharges may be incurred within the country the orders are shipped to. Healing Waters does not know what fees may be applied in any given country. If you choose to refuse a shipment, we cannot refund any of your shipping costs; and you will incur return postage costs. If you return an item, you must obtain authorization or your costs will not be refunded.
Although we do our best to answer the phone personally as much as possible, you may get our voicemail from time to time. If you get our voicemail, please leave your name, phone number with area code, your time zone if outside Mountain Time USA, and the best time to call you back (please use World Time Zones if you need information about international time zones). We respond as quickly as possible. You can leave as much information as you like to enable us to prepare to help you best. Unless you use PayPal, the Shopping Cart does NOT automatically charge your card or show shipping/handling at any time. Any errors will be corrected before your account is billed, and discounts (such as Referral Discount) will be applied but will not show up in the shopping cart or your automated order receipt confirmation unless you used a Voucher code. If using the Shopping Cart, shipping and handling will be added as follows after we receive your order: For orders sent to address inside the USA (Priority Mail, usually 2 to 3 days to arrive from time of mailing but not guaranteed for a certain day*, or new flat-rate first-class mail for small orders):
*If you want your order guaranteed for a certain day, order must be sent by Express and we will need authorization for the added expense (a note in the shopping cart Instructions box, email, or phone call). Some USA addresses are two-day guaranteed instead of overnight. The post office says this is due to proximity of an airport distribution location. ** These rates are for Priority Mail for first package. If there are backorders, they will be sent by regular mail with no further postage charge UNLESS the order was discounted (sale, referral, practitioner, or other discount). Then actual postage will be billed. Actual postage will also be billed for all orders discounted in some way, e.g., sale, referral, practitioner discounts. We reserve the right to charge less if we deem the posted rate excessive for certain lightweight products, such as jewelry. If the posted rate is insufficient for orders with heavier items, such as books, creams, cards, and sprays), we will charge shipping/handling for the package by weight. For orders sent to address outside the USA (first class if under 4 pounds, Priority Mail International if requested or more economical for package under 4 pounds, USPS Express Mail International if more than 4 pounds or if requested by customer):
International handling fee shown above is for packaging and required postal forms. For international retail orders with two shipments (because of backorders), we will calculate the postage as if all items were sent together. This usually saves the customer several dollars.
