• Telephone - 505-934-3861 (best for texting). If you get our voicemail, please leave your name, phone number with area code, your time zone (if outside Mountain Time), and the best time to call you back. We respond as quickly as possible. Best time to reach a person by phone is between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM Mountain Time. You can give as much information as you like so we can prepare to help you best.

You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Zelle, e-Check, PayPal, postal money order in US dollars, or (for established accounts) personal check drawn on a US bank.   

If you ask us for an electronic invoice (e-invoice), you can set up an account (or not) and choose whether to save your card for future use or have it deleted. You can also pay by e-check. Using this electronic invoice shields your card information from us and you process your payment.

NOTE: We will mail your order only after payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made.

NOTE: Please inspect your package upon arrival and inform us of missing or damaged products promptly. We may require a digital photo in email as proof of damage. If leakage occurred and no replacement is available, we will refund a portion of your product price.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone.

Because of our State's COVID-19 protective measures, we are changing our mailing practices. 

Mailing will now occur 1 to 3 times per week depending on necessity.

Shipping Rates for USA orders

For orders sent to address inside the USA, scroll down through chart for information. 

We may use UPS if it is less expensive.  Please tell us in the cart message box or in email if you cannot receive UPS.     

* No delivery date can be guaranteed.

** These rates are for Priority Mail for first package with one 1st class package for qualifying backorders. If multiple packages are requested for backorders, a minimum fee of $4 will apply for 1st class, or $8 for Priority. Postage will also be billed for all orders discounted in some way, e.g., sale, referral, practitioner discounts, according to the chart above.

We reserve the right to charge less if we deem the posted rate excessive for certain lightweight products, such as jewelry. If the posted rate is insufficient for orders with heavier items, such as books, creams, cards, and sprays), we will charge shipping/handling for the package by weight.

Shipping Rates for International Orders

For orders sent to address outside the USA (first class if under 4 pounds, Priority Mail International if requested or more economical for package under 2 pounds, USPS Express Mail International if more than 4 pounds or if requested by customer):

Priority Mail International is $40.85 for up to about 14 bottles of 1 oz or 1/2 oz  ($29.60 to Canada), delivery to your country's Customs in about 8 to 10 days.

Express Mail International is $70.95 for up to about 14 bottles of 1 oz or 1/2 oz, or 48 1/4 oz. ($47.95 to Canada), delivery to your country's Customs in about 5 to 7 days. Express Mail International has no guaranteed date of delivery. 

First-class is slowest and least expensive and is by weight. Examples for first-class  :

Least expensive $17.90 Japan or $14.85 Canada for up to 8 ounces weight (approximately six 1/4 oz, two 1/2 oz, or two 1 oz)

Next expensive is  $28.85 Japan or $22.10 Canada for 9 ounces to 2 pounds: (up to approximatelysixteen 1/4 oz, or three to twelve 1/2 oz, or three to nine 1 oz

 $44.75 Japan or $33.65 Canada for 2 to 3 pounds (Priority would be less and faster if fits in flat-rate mailer)

$61.15 Japan or $45.40 Canada for 3 to 4 pounds (Priority would be less and faster if fits in flat-rate mailer) 

International handling fee shown in chart above is for packaging and required postal forms.

NOTE: If you pay with a card through PayPal, I can bill shipping directly. If you pay from your PayPal account, I will send a bill for shipping costs. If you request an e-invoice, you will see all charges before paying.  

NOTE: Orders to Italy, Singapore, China, and Brazil are mailed by Express only. No exceptions. Minimum postage of approximately $67.95 will accommodate up to about 14 bottles of 15 ml or 30 ml, or 24 bottles of 7.5 ml. Postage for higher quantities is by weight

NOTE: For Canada and France, tell me if you want me to bill and prepay the Customs fee so you can have easier delivery/pickup of your package.
